Vadiaperti Greco di Tufo ‘22

From high-altitude, clay-rich vineyards in Montefredane, this 100% Greco di Tufo is organically grown and fermented on native yeasts, then aged on fine lees in stainless steel. The result is a refined, medium-bodied white with aromas of ripe citrus, mint, honey, and a hint of sea salt. Its mineral backbone and subtle bitter almond finish reflect the volcanic soils of Campania. Made by Raffaele Troisi, whose family has championed Irpinia's native grapes for generations, this wine is textured yet fresh, with excellent tension and complexity. It pairs beautifully with seafood, burrata, or chicken scaloppini, and showcases the elegance and structure that define Campania’s best whites.
