Torii Mor Chardonnay '20

From the volcanic Jory soils of Oregon's Dundee Hills, this Chardonnay displays a luminous green-gold hue. The nose offers Burgundian complexity - layers of lemon curd, struck flint, and hazelnut unfold with subtle oak spice. The palate delivers both richness and precision - flavors of golden apple, brioche, and wet stone unfold with vibrant acidity (6.8 g/L TA) that earned 93-95 point accolades. Fermented with native yeasts and aged 11 months in French oak (35% new), this 13.5% alcohol white finishes with a stony persistence. Pair with Dungeness crab or roasted poultry - the 2020 vintage shows incredible balance.
