Fullerton Three Otters Rosé is a vibrant, textured Oregon rosé blending 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Pinot Gris from sustainably farmed vineyards across the Willamette Valley. Light salmon in color, it bursts with aromas of strawberry, watermelon rind, white peach, apple, and citrus blossom, carried by zesty acidity and a subtle minerality. Winemaking & Style: Born from a friendly father-son winemaking rivalry, the rosé is a blend of two styles—one crisp and delicate (whole-cluster pressed), the other richer and fuller-bodied (skin contact). Aged 6 months on lees in 100% neutral French oak, with native yeast fermentation, it’s pure, acid-driven, and refreshingly structured. Tasting Notes: Delicate yet energetic with flavors of wild berries, herbal tea, green apple, and flint. Refreshing, balanced, and perfect with light fare or enjoyed on its own. A playful, purposeful wine that supports otter conservation—fresh, bright, and unmistakably Oregon. Tech Specs: ABV: 12.5%; TA: 6.6 g/L; pH: 3.25; Unfined & lightly filtered
