Three Otters Pinot Noir '23

From Oregon's Willamette Valley, this Pinot Noir glows with translucent ruby hues and an expressive nose of wild strawberry, rose petal, and forest floor. The winemaker's whole-cluster fermentation (25%) and aging in neutral oak preserve delicate aromatics while adding subtle structure. Flavors of red cherry, blood orange zest, and a whisper of baking spice earned 91 points. The featherlight tannins and bright acidity make it an exceptional pairing for roasted salmon or mushroom risotto.
