Grown at 4,430 feet, this wine benefits from cool mountain nights that enhance its intensity and structure. Aged mostly in French oak, it presents aromas of red and black fruits, plum jam, eucalyptus, coffee, vanilla, and chocolate. Crafted by Fabian Valenzuela and Jean Claude Berrouet, this 100% Cabernet Sauvignon is juicy and layered, featuring silky tannins and a long, approachable finish. It earned 93 points from James Suckling and 92 from Vinous—a refined, fruit-driven mountain Cabernet perfect for now or cellaring.
