Soter Vineyards Mineral Springs Ranch Pinot Noir '22

This single-vineyard Pinot Noir from Yamhill-Carlton's mineral-rich soils offers a mesmerizing nose of black raspberry, star anise, and crushed stone. The palate is dense yet vibrant, with flavors of black cherry, cocoa powder, and a distinctive stony minerality that earned 95 points. Aged 18 months in French oak (40% new), it finishes with incredible length. While approachable now, this will continue evolving beautifully for another decade. Pair with herb-crusted lamb or wild mushroom risotto.
