Soter Vineyards Estates Pinot Noir '22

From biodynamically farmed estate vines, this Pinot Noir presents deep garnet hues and complex aromas of black cherry, violet, and freshly ground coffee. The palate is both powerful and refined - concentrated flavors of plum, cocoa, and exotic spices cascade across velvety tannins (94 points). Aged 16 months in French oak (30% new), it finishes with minute-long persistence. Decant 45 minutes for duck breast or truffle-infused pasta.
