Hand-harvested grapes undergo partial skin contact, fermentation in stainless steel, and aging on lees for added texture. The result is a wine of great precision and balance, offering stone fruit, citrus, and floral notes alongside a taut, saline finish. The Dagueneau family’s fourth-generation estate is fully certified organic (HEV3), with some parcels under biodynamic conversion. Winemaker Valérie Dagueneau continues the legacy with meticulous care, crafting a wine that showcases the Loire’s signature purity and elegance.
