Raptor Ridge Estate Cuvee Blanc de Noir Sparkling

A traditional method sparkler from estate Pinot Noir. Pale salmon in color with a persistent mousse, it offers aromas of strawberry, brioche, and a touch of citrus zest. The palate is crisp yet creamy, with flavors of red apple, almond, and a mineral-driven finish. Vinous (92 pts) calls it "Oregon's answer to grower Champagne." Disgorged after 36 months sur lie, it's perfect as an aperitif or with smoked salmon canapés. Only 150 cases produced.
