This serious rosé from Bandol displays a deep copper-pink color. The nose is complex, with aromas of ripe peach, red berries, and a distinctive garrigue character. The palate is full-bodied yet fresh, with flavors of stone fruit, citrus, and a mineral backbone. Made primarily from Mourvèdre grown on the estate's steep terraces, this wine earned 94 points for its depth and aging potential. The long, savory finish makes it superb with grilled tuna or bouillabaisse.
