Scoring 93 points, this Rhône-style blend shows Mollydooker's playful side. The 2021 vintage offers aromas of black cherry, blueberry and black pepper. The palate is rich and generous, with flavors of dark plum, chocolate and a touch of smoked meat, supported by supple tannins. Aged 12 months in American oak, it finishes with spice and licorice notes. Perfect with grilled meats or hearty stews.
