The textured palate offers flavors of watermelon rind, hibiscus tea, and a distinct ferrous note that Decanter awarded 93 points for its originality. Fermented on skins for 48 hours then aged 6 months in concrete, it finishes with mouthwatering acidity at 12.5% alcohol. Pair with rich dishes like mortadella-stuffed tortellini or pumpkin risotto.
