The palate delivers both richness and precision - flavors of golden apple, brioche, and crushed stone unfold with vibrant acidity (6.7 g/L TA) that earned consistent 94-96 point accolades. Barrel fermented with native yeasts and aged 16 months in French oak (50% new), this 14.5% alcohol white finishes with a minute-long mineral persistence.
