Lubanzi Chenin Blanc '24

Lubanzi Chenin Blanc is a vibrant and refreshing white wine from South Africa's Swartland region, crafted from 100% handpicked fruit grown on dry-farmed, decomposed granite and shale hills. The wine is fermented with naturally occurring yeasts and aged in stainless steel, with a brief period of lees aging to enhance texture and finesse. The wine features a golden color and offers a lively palate with flavors of ripe summer melon, pear, white peach, and lemon peel, balanced by a grounding undertone of straw. It has clean minerality and a medium-bodied, fresh personality, with subtle floral aromas and hints of wild honey. This Chenin Blanc is perfect for sipping on its own or pairing with lightly spicy fish or poultry dishes. It has earned high praise, including 92 points from Tasting Panel and 90 points from James Suckling.
