This wine from the Roussillon region boasts a deep, opaque ruby-purple color. The nose is powerful and sun-baked, offering intense aromas of blackberry jam, prune, licorice, and a distinct note of garrigue herbs. The palate is full-bodied and richly structured, with a robust framework of ripe, firm tannins and balanced acidity supporting concentrated flavors of stewed dark fruits and dark chocolate.
