Domaine Jacky Preys et Fils Cuvée de Fié Gris ‘Terroir Pierre à Fusil’ Vieilles Vignes is a vibrant, mineral-driven white from the Loire Valley, crafted from 100% Fié Gris—an ancient, nearly forgotten cousin of Sauvignon Blanc that winemaker Jacky Preys helped revive. Sourced from 30- to 50-year-old vines grown in flint- and chalk-rich soils near Meusnes, the wine is hand-harvested and fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks. It delivers a crisp, thirst-quenching profile with aromas of wildflowers, tarragon, and white peach, and flavors of kaffir lime, pear, tomatillo, and a smoky, flinty finish. Textured yet fresh, it pairs beautifully with goat cheese, charcuterie, and seafood. A unique expression of Loire terroir and history, brought to life by one of the region’s most dedicated stewards.
