The textured palate balances richness and verve - flavors of pineapple upside-down cake, lemon curd, and saline minerality earned 92 points. Partial malolactic fermentation and 10 months in French oak (25% new) create Burgundian complexity at 14.1% alcohol. The finish persists with honeycomb and crushed stone.
