This exceptional Chardonnay from the Chitry appellation displays a deep gold color. The nose is complex, with aromas of ripe apple, honey, and a touch of spice. The palate is rich and textured, offering flavors of stone fruit, toasted nuts, and a mineral backbone. Aged in neutral oak barrels for added complexity, this wine earned 93 points for its Burgundian character. The long finish lingers with notes of citrus and wet stone.
