This exceptional Aligoté displays a pale gold color with green reflections. The nose is fresh and mineral-driven, with aromas of green apple, lemon zest, and wet stone. The palate is crisp yet textured, offering flavors of citrus, white peach, and a distinctive saline note. From 50-year-old vines in the Côte Chalonnaise, this wine earned 91 points for its Burgundian complexity. The bright acidity makes it perfect with oysters or as the base for a kir cocktail.
