A luminous salmon-pink hue introduces this sophisticated rosé. The nose bursts with watermelon, blood orange, and a hint of rosewater. Dry yet fruit-forward on the palate, it delivers flavors of wild strawberry, pink grapefruit, and a subtle herbal undertone. Made from Cinsault and Syrah via direct press, the wine earned 90 points for its balance between freshness and substance. The finish is clean with a whisper of crushed limestone. Serve chilled with grilled shrimp or fattoush salad. The diurnal temperature swings of the Bekaa Valley (1,000m elevation) contribute to the wine's remarkable vibrancy and structure.
