This classic Chablis shimmers with a pale green-gold hue. The nose is pure and mineral, with aromas of green apple, oyster shell, and crushed chalk. The palate is crisp and linear, offering flavors of citrus, raw almond, and a pronounced saline note. Fermented in stainless steel to preserve its terroir expression, this wine earned 92 points for its textbook Chablis character. The endless mineral finish makes it superb with raw bar selections.
