The winemaker's direct press fermentation and brief lees contact create impressive depth while maintaining vibrant acidity. Flavors of red currant, pink grapefruit, and a striking saline edge earned 91 points for their Provençal-inspired sophistication. The finish lingers with wet stone and white pepper, best served in Burgundy stems with grilled seafood or summer salads.
