From Piedmont's nearly extinct white variety, this wine shimmers with a pale green-gold hue. The nose enchants with delicate aromas of white peach, almond blossom, and crushed quartz. The palate delivers both richness and refreshment - flavors of pear skin, honeysuckle, and wet stone unfold with vibrant acidity (6.7 g/L TA) that earned 92-94 point scores. Fermented in stainless steel with partial malolactic, this 13% alcohol wine finishes with a stony persistence.
