Domaine Delarche Le Corton Grand Cru Vieilles Vignes is a refined, age-worthy Burgundy from 50+ year-old Pinot Noir vines at the summit of Corton hill, rooted in stony, iron-rich soils. Hand-harvested and fermented with native yeasts, it’s aged one year in mostly neutral French oak and bottled unfined and unfiltered. This Grand Cru offers aromas of red berries, wildflowers, and licorice, with a silky palate showing red plum, currant, spice, and a tangy mineral finish. Crafted by third-generation vigneron Etienne Delarche in Pernand-Vergelesses, this wine reflects the purity, structure, and elegance that define great Côte de Beaune reds. Pair with charcuterie, grilled pork, or aged Burgundian cheeses.
