A benchmark Soave from the volcanic hills of Veneto, this 2023 vintage shines with aromas of white peach, almond blossom and crushed flint. The palate is textured yet vibrant, offering flavors of ripe pear, chamomile and a distinct saline minerality that speaks to its volcanic origins. Fermented in stainless steel with extended lees contact, it achieves remarkable depth while maintaining freshness. The finish is long and stony.
