Clos Henri Estate Pinot Noir '21

Hailing from Marlborough's Wairau Valley, this 2021 Pinot Noir presents an elegant bouquet of dark cherry, plum, and violet, with earthy undertones of truffle and forest floor. The palate is medium-bodied and refined, with supple tannins and fresh acidity carrying flavors of blackberry, spice, and a touch of smokiness that scored 93 points. Aged 10 months in French oak (30% new), it finishes with lingering dark fruit and mineral notes. A sophisticated New World Pinot that pairs beautifully with duck confit or mushroom tart.
