This Columbia Valley Cabernet offers intense aromas of blackberry, cassis, and dark chocolate with subtle cedar undertones. The palate is rich and polished, with flavors of plum, espresso, and a touch of graphite supported by velvety tannins (91 points). Aged 16 months in French oak (35% new), it pairs beautifully with grilled lamb chops.
