This limited-production Chardonnay from Sonoma's coolest sites offers a deep gold color and intoxicating aromas of ripe peach, honeycomb, and brioche with subtle struck match complexity. The palate is powerful yet precise, with flavors of baked apple, marzipan, and a touch of smoke balanced by vibrant acidity that earned 94 points. Aged 16 months in French oak (50% new), it's just hitting its stride but will continue evolving for another 5-7 years.
