Canyon Oaks Chard '23 White Wine & USA & Chardonnay

This Russian River Valley Chardonnay glows with luminous gold hues and expressive aromas of golden apple, toasted brioche, and jasmine. Partial malolactic fermentation and 8 months in French oak (25% new) build texture while preserving acidity - flavors of baked pear, lemon curd, and wet stone earned 92 points. The finish lingers with honeycomb and crushed chalk, perfect for lobster thermidor or truffled pasta.
