Made using the Charmat method and aged briefly on fine lees, it delivers fine bubbles, bright citrus blossom and apple notes, with a hint of toast. Exceptionally dry at just 4g/L residual sugar, this Prosecco is refreshing, vinous, and food-friendly. Crafted from 100% Glera grown in mineral-rich, gravelly soils at the Alpine foothills, it captures the cooling influence of the Alps and the sea-salted breeze of the Adriatic.
