The palate delivers remarkable depth - flavors of lemon confit, marzipan, and wet limestone unfold with vibrant acidity (6.8 g/L TA) that earned 94-96 point scores. Aged 18 months in French oak (35% new), this 13.5% alcohol wine finishes with a minute-long mineral crescendo. Decant for lobster or cellar until 2030+ - the 2021 vintage produced St-Aubins of Grand Cru-level quality.
