This modern expression of Garnacha from Calatayud glows with an intense ruby-purple color. The nose is exuberant, bursting with aromas of black raspberry, blueberry, and a touch of violet, with subtle vanilla undertones. The palate is rich and textured, with round tannins framing flavors of dark fruit, cocoa powder, and a distinctive stony minerality. Aged 8 months in French oak barrels, the wine maintains excellent fruit purity while gaining modest complexity. Earning 90 points for its approachability, it's superb with grilled meats or hearty stews. The lush fruit character makes it particularly appealing to those new to Spanish reds.
