From a high-elevation block in the Willamette Valley, this Chardonnay displays a luminous green-gold hue. The nose offers precise aromas of green apple, wet flint, and acacia honey with subtle oak spice. The palate delivers Burgundian complexity - flavors of lemon curd, hazelnut, and crushed stone unfold with vibrant acidity (6.9 g/L TA) that earned 93-95 point accolades. Fermented and aged 11 months in French oak (35% new) with partial malolactic, this 13.5% alcohol white finishes with a stony persistence. Pair with Dungeness crab or roasted poultry - the 2023 vintage shows incredible balance.
