From Uco Valley's calcareous soils, this Malbec shows inky purple hues and explosive aromas of black plum, violets, and dark chocolate. Fermented with native yeasts and aged 12 months in concrete, it offers flavors of blackberry liqueur, mocha, and crushed violet that earned 93 points. The endless finish reveals graphite and black pepper, best enjoyed with grilled ribeye or empanadas after a one-hour decant.
