Floral on the nose with stone fruit and pear coming through strong on the palate. A great wine to enjoy on its own as an aperitif on the start of a great night out.Intensely floral aromas of white and yellow spring flowers lead the way on this light and fragrant sparkler. The rather lean, racy palate isn't quite as expressive as the nose but still offers green pear and tart apple alongside firm acidity.
