The Estate bottling continues to be our flagship wine, representing the vines planted from the entry gate on the east side of the property to the vines planted nearest the oak tree on the West side of the property. Three clones are blended including the Pommard, Dijon 115 and Dijon 777. This aromatic bottling is smooth and lush. The palate ranges from cherries to red berry notes. 94 – Wine Spectator Well-knit and harmonious, with stylish cherry and guava flavors that take on forest floor and stony mineral accents, finishing with fine-grained tannins.
