100% biodynamically farmed Gamay from Quincié-en-Beaujolais with a fresh and light style. From 60-year-old vines on granitic/sandy soils. The grapes semi-carbonically macerate in concrete vat prior to a short élevage. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2. Domaine Didon, based in Bouzeron, was formed in 2017, 2Ha of their own vines with other grapes bought in from the wider region, all biodynamic. Whites are whole bunch pressed, and reds typically see a short maceration.
