Illahe Tempranillo Rosé ‘24

This unique rosé made from 100% Tempranillo grapes earned 89 points for its distinctive character. Pale salmon in color, it offers vibrant aromas of watermelon, blood orange and rose petal. The dry palate (just 0.5% RS) delivers flavors of strawberry, ruby grapefruit and a subtle herbal note, with bright acidity and a crisp, mineral finish. Whole cluster pressed and fermented cool in stainless steel, it's remarkably refreshing. Serve chilled with paella, grilled shrimp or summer picnic fare.
