The palate is both unctuous and vibrant, with flavors of quince paste, toasted brioche, and a pronounced mineral edge that scored 94 points. Fermented with native yeasts and aged 20 months in neutral oak, it achieves remarkable concentration at 14% alcohol while retaining freshness.
