This Colombard-based blend from Gascony shimmers with pale green reflections and an electric nose of grapefruit, lemongrass, and crushed herbs. The winemaker's cold fermentation in stainless steel preserves vibrant acidity while allowing the grape's natural fruitiness to shine. Flavors of green apple, lime zest, and a striking saline edge earned 90 points for its refreshing character. The clean finish lingers with hints of white flowers, perfect as an apéritif or with seafood towers.
